Responsibilities

Perform all diagnostic testing and quality controls

Prepare reagents and ensure accuracy in test performance

Report results following established laboratory policies and procedures

Perform moderate to high complexity testing and review results for accuracy

Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and computer systems

Ensure adequate inventory of supplies and proper documentation

Demonstrate organizational, time management, critical thinking, and communication skills

Exhibit professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service

Use and understand medical terminology

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or Related Field

Minimum of 4 months clinical laboratory experience
