Talan is an international consulting and technology expertise group supporting Corporate and Investment Banking clients. They are seeking a Technical / Functional Regulatory Reporting Specialist to build, enhance, and support regulatory reports, specifically focusing on FR 2052A.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain regulatory reporting solutions using Oracle PL/SQL
Own the FR 2052A report end to end, from requirements and design to delivery and validation
Work closely with business and regulatory teams to understand reporting requirements
Translate business needs into clear technical and functional solutions
Build and maintain data structures (data marts, reporting tables) used for regulatory reporting
Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure report accuracy
Support testing, production releases, and ongoing enhancements
Troubleshoot issues and respond to regulatory changes or audit requests

Qualification

Oracle PL/SQLFR 2052ARegulatory reportingAnalytical skillsAxiomProblem-solving skills

Required

10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within a financial institution
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL
Mandatory experience with FR 2052A regulatory reporting
Ability to work independently and take ownership of reports
Experience working directly with business users and technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Axiom is a plus
