Responsibilities
Building and scaling customer-facing features with a focus on performance and usability
Modernizing our React and TypeScript ecosystem to improve the speed and quality of development for our team and others
Transitioning monolithic systems into scalable, distributed C# .NET microservices and modular frontend components
Strengthening our internal engineering environment by building the shared libraries, SDKs, and patterns that enable seamless integration across the portfolio
Qualification
Required
Strong experience across the stack, with a deep proficiency in React and TypeScript
Experience with backend technologies (C#/.NET, AWS, Kubernetes)
Highly collaborative engineer who enjoys working closely with Product Managers and Designers
Ability to advocate for the best user outcomes and provide technical feasibility insights early in the design process
Keen eye for UI/UX detail
Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers
Deep understanding of the full development lifecycle—including design, testing, CI/CD, and proactively managing production systems
High proficiency in the architecture and implementation of distributed systems
Understanding of how to maintain state and performance in complex SPAs
Ability to build features and turn solutions into reusable libraries or patterns
