Responsibilities
Accounting tasks using the fund’s general ledger, Investran
Oversee the review of daily bank activities
Maintaining information and reconciling loan investments and debt financings in Investran to the loan tracking models
Review quarterly/annual financial statements, quarterly capital statements, LP monthly distributions and capital call notifications, reporting deliverables, and quarterly work papers for internal review and quarterly reporting support
Calculating management fee, distributions, waterfall allocations, and IRR
Assisting with ad hoc projects and system implementations as necessary
Preparing support analyses for partnership activities for external auditors for year-end audits and partnership tax returns
Oversee the financial portion of the regulatory filings for Form PF, ADV, and AIFMD
Qualification
Required
BS (or above) in Accounting
Preferred
6+ years of public/private experience
"Big 4" audit experience
Experience in the financial services and/or real estate industries
Strong Excel skills
Investran knowledge
