Responsibilities

Provide strategic project leadership across multiple business functions
Ensure that programs adhere to scope, cost, and schedule commitments
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and more
Lead significant initiatives such as ERP upgrades and NPI launches
Drive alignment, risk management, and effective governance
Assess project performance and implement corrective actions

Required

Bachelor's degree in a product development-related field
