Law Practice
Responsibilities
You have a demonstrated interest in cross-border transactions, preferably in project finance, structured finance, or corporate finance from working in a leading domestic or international law firm
You have experience with energy and infrastructure projects, development finance institutions and multilaterals, and emerging markets
You are proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French
You are action-oriented and have an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility supporting deals
You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in
