Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned geographic territory through outbound prospecting, phone calls, email, social media, and occasional in-person meetings
Participate in industry associations and events to increase brand awareness and position Kastle favorably in the marketplace
Conduct on-site physical surveys of outdoor industrial facilities to understand client needs and design tailored security system solutions
Collaborate with sales engineers and operational teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements
Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, manage pipeline activity, and report on key sales metrics
Present Kastle’s outdoor video solutions to executive-level decision-makers using consultative selling techniques
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Required

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business or technology sales role
Strong prospecting skills with the ability to independently drive new business activity
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Confident presenting solutions and value propositions to executives and business owners
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate multiple decision-makers
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and the ability to learn proprietary tools
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory as needed (limited overnight travel)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience or familiarity with industrial markets such as scrap metal, auto auctions, waste management, building suppliers, or construction is a plus
