Responsibilities
Monitor and forecast revenue streams from oil, gas, and NGL sales, while concurrently tracking and projecting fees and expenses related to gathering, processing, and transportation
Maintain accurate records of all current gas, condensate, and NGL sale agreements
Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis related to oil and gas market fundamentals, regulatory changes, and industry trends
Build and maintain system flow and utilization models
Coordinate with the production and planning team to monitor production forecasts
Collaborate with the accounting team in executing month-end closing activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders
Preferred
3+ years of experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, or a related field within the oil and gas industry strongly preferred
Proficiency in visualization tools is a plus (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
