Responsibilities
Lead daily stand-ups with the project team (Central Time schedule)
Facilitate monthly formal status reporting, including progress, risks, issues, and decisions required
Conduct one-on-one team check-ins to ensure alignment, identify blockers, and validate progress
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, timelines, and documentation aligned with PMO standards
Manage both Agile rituals and Waterfall checkpoints depending on the project structure
Partner with the business owner to ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and outcomes are well defined
Communicate project updates to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, structured, and concise manner
Navigate stakeholder expectations, negotiate priorities, and escalate risks when appropriate
Identify potential delays or impacts early and drive mitigation strategies
Manage change requests and ensure appropriate approvals and documentation
Track dependencies across teams and ensure coordinated delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
6–8 years of Project Management experience
Experience delivering projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT partners
Highly organized; strong prioritization skills in a deadline-driven, enterprise setting
Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries
Preferred
PMP (PMI) Certification
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Disciplined Agile (DASM/DASSM)
Six Sigma certification
