They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Governance team, focused on measuring the quality of the Selling Partner Experience and driving operational efficiencies through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc
Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions. Preparing and delivering business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
Meet with key stakeholders to understand the problem the business is trying to solve
Develop prototype dashboards in an agile environment iterating based off consumer feedback
Develop look around the corner metrics that not only identify what has happened but also warning signs for the programs future
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with SQL
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred
5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value
