LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Senior Tax Analyst – Global to join our client's team. In this role, you’ll support tax compliance, global reporting, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and international tax filings , ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines

Support global income tax provision calculations, including quarterly and annual reporting

Analyze global tax positions, legislative changes, and emerging issues impacting the business

Assist in transfer pricing documentation, intercompany transactions, and related compliance requirements

Participate in global tax planning initiatives, modeling, and risk assessments

Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and external advisors to streamline tax processes and improve data accuracy

Maintain and enhance internal documentation, process controls, and audit support materials

Identify opportunities for automation, improved efficiency, and enhanced reporting accuracy

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field required

Minimum 4 years of corporate tax experience

Strong understanding of federal, state, and international tax principles

Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex tax rules

Effective communicator with the ability to partner cross‑functionally and present findings clearly

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred

Exposure to global tax environments strongly preferred

Experience with tax technology platforms is a plus
