Responsibilities

Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over all our channels including phone, email, and live chat

Become an expert on our products, supporting our customers to connect with advisors to find the answers and guidance they are seeking

Assist customers to create and maintain existing accounts

Be an advocate for our customers and proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise

Required
