Qualification
Required
Current BCBA certification in good standing
State licensure (such as LBS), or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
