Responsibilities
Draft estate plan documents such as Wills, Grantor Trusts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, QPRTs, CRUTs/CRATs, and ILITS
Handle all facets of estate administration including preparing and filing probate and administration petitions, preparing, and filing estate tax returns, managing estate accounts, estate distribution, will contests, accountings and miscellaneous proceedings
Meet and interview clients for estate plans and supervise will executions
Advise and assist trustees, trust and estate beneficiaries and personal representatives in probate administration, trust administration, and disputes in connections with estate and trust administration
Research complex estate and gift tax issues
Qualification
Required
Admitted In New York
3 to 10 years of experience
