This role involves supporting the fleet and customer requirements by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Daily functions including order fulfillment to multi-state company locations and customers
Issuing purchase orders and distribution of materials
Research, validate, and initiate requisitions and daily correspondence and reports
Assist in the life cycle of products
Familiar with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations, policies, and mandated Quality Assurance, Security, Explosive Safety, and other applicable company program requirements
Qualification
Required
High School/GED with 2+ years of experience in Logistics supporting the Military or equivalent company
Capable of maintaining an accurate accountability for on-hand inventory
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; knowledgeable in inventory control database systems advantageous
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and handling of hazardous materials
Regular travel (25%) to various work sites throughout the U.S. required
The successful candidate for this position must be willing to relocate. Tactical Air does not provide relocation expenses
Valid state driver's license
Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States, complete a U.S. government I-9 form, and successfully pass a government background check
Other duties as assigned
Preferred
Prior aviation logistical operations experience preferred
Experience with Military Logistics/HAZMAT
HAZWOPR Certificate preferred
