Testing/Disability Coordinator
Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the New Orleans Job Corps Center, providing quality services to local youth. The Testing/Disability Coordinator will implement and maintain students’ accommodation plans and administer testing in compliance with directives.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to identify accommodation needed
Set up and maintain accommodations files. Monitor, track, and follow up on the effectiveness of accommodations
Develop and implement a tracking system to monitor student performance and monthly progress
Conduct orientation of new students concerning testing procedures
Administer all academic program tests, including entry and program exit tests; interpret test results and enter testing data into the computer system
Arrange for testing facilities; provide the students with necessary testing materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and one year's related experience
Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
Experience developing individual accommodation plans for clients with mental health, physical, and learning disability
Experience developing linkages with disability and mental health agencies
