Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Maintaining a calendar of meetings and events, both business and personal
Coordinating complex international and domestic travel plans
Creating documents such as expense reports
Modifying and obtaining information from financial spreadsheets
Planning personal trips and special events
Handling sensitive information with poise and discretion
Acting as a liaison between customers, departments, and executives
Screening and prioritizing incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls
Assisting with customer support

Required

Relevant experience in C-level executive and personal support within a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated background in calendar management, event coordination, and travel planning

Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
Impeccable attention to detail and organization
Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
