Responsibilities

Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS (required)
Inspect precision production parts to tight tolerances
Create and optimize inspection programs using 3D CAD & 2D drawings
Complete First Article Inspections (AS9102)
Interpret GD&T (ASME / ISO) requirements
Perform manual inspections (calipers, micrometers, gages)
Communicate inspection results with manufacturing, quality, and customers
Support audits, source inspections, and quality initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized inspection environment

Required

Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS (required)

3+ years CMM programming & inspection experience
Strong PC-DMIS experience
Experience in Aerospace / Defense or other regulated manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
Comfortable working with 3D models and 2D prints
Team-oriented, detail-driven, reliable

Preferred

Verisurf experience
Production or tooling environment background
Familiarity with CAD software (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD)
