Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who will utilize exceptional management and organizational skills to optimize resource sharing and staff distribution throughout all departments. The role involves coordinating staffing for the Patient Care Services Department, managing information related to staffing and scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service and communication practices.

Responsibilities

Staffing/ Scheduling: Coordinates overall staffing for the Patient Care Services Department on a 24-hour basis. Responsible for development of some schedules
Information Administration: Manages information, hard copy and electronically, for staffing/scheduling purposes. Ensures appropriate confidentiality of information is maintained
Customer Service: Provides service excellence to customers through office reception practices, communication management practices, professionally managing customer needs and concerns, anticipating and responding to customer requests or making active referral to the decision-maker who can respond to the customer’s request
Communication: Ensures communication is organized and disseminated to recipients. Responds to telephonic, electronic and hard copy communications

Required

High school graduate
Computer experience
Excellent organization and coordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Associate's degree in a related field, or two years of business-related college
2-3 years' experience in a healthcare environment
Staffing/scheduling experience
