Responsibilities
Lead a critical 8-week Phase 0 discovery and assessment engagement for a major healthcare client's multi-year transformation program
Be the primary driver of this foundational project, responsible for the end-to-end execution of the engagement plan, from initial workshops to the final delivery of a comprehensive execution blueprint
Manage multiple workstreams, facilitating collaboration between technical architects and client stakeholders, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Maintain a relentless focus on deliverables and milestones, ensuring the team produces high-quality artifacts needed to de-risk the client's ambitious program and set the stage for successful long-term implementation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing technology projects in the healthcare payer space, with a demonstrable track record of delivering discovery, assessment, or strategic planning engagements on time and within scope
Deep Enrollment & Core Admin Expertise
Hands-on experience with the end-to-end enrollment lifecycle is essential
Must have a strong understanding of 834 inbound processes, member maintenance, benefits configuration, and the downstream impacts on core systems like Trizetto Facets
Experience managing complex programs involving multiple vendors, including third-party administrators and core system vendors (e.g., System Integrators, HealthEdge, Trizetto)
Must understand the complexities of integration and data flow between disparate systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience acting as the primary point of contact for client executives and internal technical teams
Ability to facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and translate complex technical concepts into clear project status updates
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
Experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans, risk registers, status reports, and managing resource allocation for a specialized team
