Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and development
Assist with system testing, including test case creation and execution
Support change management activities such as documentation and user support
Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
Strong understanding of systems analysis and software development life cycles (SDLC)
Experience documenting requirements using standard methodologies and tools
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working on IT or digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Experience with data analysis, integrations, or enterprise systems
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an asset
