Manager, Learning & Development
Children’s Health is a not-for-profit hospital system and one of the largest pediatric hospitals in the United States. The Manager, Learning and Development will be responsible for shaping and executing the learning strategy, driving innovation in learning experiences, and leading a team to align with the organization's business and talent priorities.

Drive innovation, inspire continuous learning, and align strategy with impact
Help develop an enterprise-wide learning strategy
Lead a team of six direct reports
Build strong relationships and empower others
Support and nurture growth opportunities
Actively listen to and validate team concerns
Adapt to change with a strategic business focus
Dedicate to process improvement and modernized ideas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
A minimum of eight years of leadership development and program experience
At least five years of demonstrated expertise in leadership development is required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Certification in learning and/or talent development tools and leadership facilitation is strongly preferred
