Responsibilities
You are given repossession orders for vehicles that need to be recovered for financial institutions
Experience intensive training at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN
Meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field
Experience hands on training in a classroom environment and in the field
Run routes with our Field Operations Manager - seeing first hand the role of a Repossession Agent
Qualification
Required
A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision
An individual with basic mechanical skill
A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success
An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you a power-player in the field
Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance
A DOT physical card or ability to pass a DOT physical
