Champion enterprise-wide talent development initiatives that support growth and innovation at Children’s Health
Develop and execute a robust talent development and strategic plan, including talent planning, succession, bench planning, career pathing, and individual development planning in alignment with enterprise business objectives
Navigate ambiguity, paired with strong consulting, communication, and organizational skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana (or similar) required
Minimum of seven years of experience in learning and development, including at least five years in a leadership role, required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Certification in learning and/or talent development is strongly preferred
