Responsibilities
Work closely with the design team, engineers, marketing and customer success team to tackle complex design challenges
Create intuitive, data-informed experiences that engage users, streamline community building, and support our growth goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally with a track record of taking consumer products from zero to one and scaling them
Extensive experience designing for web and native mobile apps, particularly in consumer-facing products
Experience with community or social platforms is a big plus
A startup mindset: You are energized by a fast-paced environment, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of design excellence
A deep understanding of the data-driven design process, with experience in cohort analysis, Amplitude, Google Analytics and other tracking tools to inform design decisions is a plus
Top-notch design craft and ability to ideate rapidly and produce high-quality design concepts
Exceptional communication skills to articulate your design decisions, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively across teams
A passion for user-centric design and a knack for balancing business impact with user needs
A growth mindset and comfort with experimentation, learning from both successes and failures
A collaborative, humble approach -- you thrive in feedback-rich environments and enjoy helping others improve
