Responsibilities

Review and reconcile accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness
Execute period-end responsibilities while ensuring compliance with processing deadlines
Support the Accounting Department through ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with departments such as Administration, Project Management, Estimating, and Site Work Crews
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve financial discrepancies promptly

Required

Must have Accounting Degree
Must have done financial reporting (bank reconciliations, balance sheets, etc)
Full cycle accounting experience - JE, GL, Month end, audits, reconciliations
Construction industry experience is a must

Preferred

Management experience preferred (2-3+ people)
CFMA and/or CPA are a plus
Plus if they have had experience heading projects
Huge plus with WHIP reporting experience
Strong in software (excel and ERP)
