Responsibilities
Validates, creates and submits warranty claims to Caterpillar and other allied vendors
Reads and interprets service reports
Track settlements to ensure maximum recovery
Follows up and resolves issues with vendors on all non-paid and short paid warranty claims
Follows up and resolves issues with branch Service Managers on all non-claimed or denied warranty claims
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
1-2 years experience
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
0-2 years' experience as a Service Warranty Technician
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Preferred
Knowledge of Dealer Business System (DBS)
