Setting up Mobile devices, IE Ipads and Iphones
Occasional after hours phone calls
Help employees with their IT issues
Setup new desktop and laptop equipment
Order devices for the entire company
Track and maintain lists of current equipment
Assist parent company with various IT items that require a person in site
Be the point of contact for all IT issues within the company
Occasional Travel to outer offices (Ogden, SLC, STG)
Assist managers with setting up IT credentials for new hires or employees who need additional access
Qualification
Required
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft windows 10 and IOS
Ability to multi-task
Positive and effective communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
2-4 Years IT experience

Preferred
