Responsibilities
Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and settlement documents
Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategy
Manage a personal docket of cases and maintain client communication
Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings as needed
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case strategy and client matters
Qualification
Required
Mid- to senior-level employment litigation experience
Strong knowledge of California employment law defense and related federal laws
Proven litigation experience with strong writing and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
California Bar admission required
