Responsibilities
Working closely with Regions/Markets to ensure effective and accurate cash flow forecasting
Drive cash and working capital optimization within the Region
Responsible for Regional cash and debt management activities
Continuous independent review of existing banking landscape and country solution design to streamline, drive cash optimization and deliver value added treasury management solutions in collaboration with various key stakeholders (finance, tax, legal, external banking partners)
Developing and maintaining relationships with banks
Actively support the Region to explore new ways of driving business growth
Work with banking partners to implement solutions for customers and suppliers
Key contact for all Treasury processes within the region in order to support the maintenance of a robust framework for every aspect of global treasury management in accordance with Dyson Treasury policy
Responsible for Dyson group bank guarantees and deposits; work with business units to issue or renew guarantees where required
Ensure all aspects of Regional treasury projects are implemented within Dyson Treasury guidelines and meet the requirements of the business
Qualification
Required
Minimum undergraduate degree, with major in Finance, Accounting or Banking
Minimum 7 years experience in Treasury in an established multi-national company and financial skills with experience in FX recording, reporting, analysis
Experience with TMS (SAP preferred), banking platforms and SWIFT
Competence in local regulations with willingness to develop and lead in this area
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (minimally Excel, PowerPoint)
An energetic team player with strong leadership skills; hands-on approach to team management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in a global work environment
Capable of transitioning between an overview perspective and an in-depth examination of issues
Detail oriented with focus on achieving results; showcased initiative in addressing issues with a dynamic approach to creating efficiencies
Preferred
Professional qualifications such as MBA, CFA or CPA are preferred but not necessary
