Responsibilities
Supervise multiple Account Sales Representatives, coaching and guiding them to success
Obtain and maintain key account business directly or by supporting your team
Coordinate all aspects of key account needs: products, delivery schedules, reporting, communication, and innovation
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with strong profit margins
Identify opportunities for increased sales and revenue growth
Build forecasts and set measurable goals for key account activity
Prepare financial management reports and detailed customer analyses
Confidently engage with customers to appraise, advise, recommend, and deliver solutions
Consistently achieve sales goals for key account business
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree a plus)
7+ years of sales experience in foodservice distribution
4+ years of people management experience
Proven success managing key/large accounts
Expertise in pricing strategies, forecasting, and goal setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
