In this role, you will help drive systems engineering, project management, technical writing, and training efforts in support of the United States Space Force (USSF), playing a critical role in advancing mission assurance, launch operations, and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and enhance systems and data integration for the SSC Vulcan platform
Create cohesive data infrastructures by integrating disparate customer IT environments
Recommend and implement improvements for multi-system data integration and process efficiency
Lead and manage the ULA Training Program aligned with data engineering and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement efforts
Analyze systems engineering artifacts, including requirements, design reviews, test plans, and CDRLs
Interface with stakeholders including Aerospace Corporation, launch contractors, launch sites, and manufacturing facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
8+ years' experience in program/project management, training, documentation, technical writing, IT, communications, or engineering
Working knowledge of space launch systems and processes
Demonstrated experience with one-on-one training and learning management systems
Ability to independently mine technical documentation to develop training content
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and IT collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, Foundry/WarpCore, Cognos, Tableau
Proficiency in preparing structured Weekly Activity Reports (WARs) with actionable insights
Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Must be able to obtain a US Government Common Access Card (CAC)
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Occasional travel to Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), and other USG or Launch Service Provider (LSP) locations may be required
Preferred
Experience with launch vehicle programs (e.g., ULA) strongly desired
Familiarity with agile development tools such as Jira/Confluence
Experience using AI tools to optimize existing technical or operational processes
Familiarity with ULA engineering and documentation systems
Proven mentoring abilities across people, processes, systems, and organizational operations
