Responsibilities
Monitor and support daily EDI transaction flow to ensure orders, shipments, invoices, and acknowledgments are processed accurately and on time
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors and failures, working quickly to prevent disruptions to order fulfillment and customer service
Support onboarding of new trading partners, and 3PLs including setup, testing, and certification across EDI platforms
Maintain and update EDI maps and configurations to support trading partner requirements and business changes
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, and Finance) to resolve data, process, and transaction issues
Create and maintain EDI documentation and SOPs to ensure consistent, repeatable, and well-documented processes
Identify and implement integration improvements, including scalability, automating manual processes, and optimizing business processes and data delivery
Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and post-integration support
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with supply chain integration products (EDI)
2+ years of experience with ERP systems
2+ years of experience working with middleware products (Celigo, Boomi, SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Etc.)
Knowledge of current EDI protocols, standards, and integration tools
Solid understanding of business processes and workflows pertaining to supply chains, logistics, and retail domains
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data communication and system integration issues quickly
Worked as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
