Market President
Now Exit is a fast growing national sell side M&A advisory firm specializing in selling founder owned and family businesses. They are searching for a Market President whose primary functions will be sales and business development, advising and performing transactions throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Advise and perform transactions under the direction of their supervisor through the entire lifecycle of the engagement
Provide a valuation for the business, preparing materials and marketing the opportunity to buyers
Provide communication and direction to the analyst support team on a regular basis
Sell consulting services to executives and business owners
Network with referral partners
Present the process of selling a business
Extensive follow up with prospects
Familiar with reading and understanding business financials
Provide consulting advice on preparing a business for sale
Review materials created by analyst for accuracy and completeness
Negotiate offers with buyers on behalf of clients
Coordinate due diligence requests from buyers and communications between deal team
Report and data entry into CRM system
Use general business tools like MS Office 365 and extensive use of Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel
Use social media for marketing to prospects
Excellent communication with business owner decision makers is required
Organization of data and information systems
Qualification
Required
Must possess at least 3 years of business sale transaction experience
Needs established network of referral resources. For example, connections with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPA, accountants and other consultants who serve business owners
Selling consulting services to executives and business owners
Networking with referral partners
Presenting the process of selling a business
Extensive follow up with prospects
Familiar with reading and understanding business financials
Providing consulting advice on preparing a business for sale
Reviewing materials created by analyst for accuracy and completeness

Preferred
Previous business broker, financial analyst or M&A advisor preferred
Direct experience in operating a business at the shareholder or executive level preferred
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with a preference for candidates with an MBA
Education can also be direct experience in operating and owning a business for greater than 5 years and generating greater than $5M in revenue with an established management team
