Responsibilities
Support Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities with deep expertise in Order Management (OM) and Global Trade Management (GTM)
Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare functional and design documents
Configure workflows and business rules aligned with SCM processes
Validate end-to-end business processes post quarterly Oracle updates
Product & Pricing support and functional ownership
Present and demo new Oracle Cloud SCM features released in quarterly updates
Provide functional inputs for automated functional test cases
Share and implement AI features in Oracle Cloud SCM, including participation in Oracle Agentic AI initiatives
Analyze and integrate Oracle Cloud SCM with other enterprise applications
Conduct SIT and UAT; support production and post-go-live activities
Provide end-user training and create functional documentation
Collaborate closely with technical teams and project stakeholders
Provide regular status and issue reporting to project management
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant
Experience in at least 3 Oracle Cloud SCM implementation/support projects
Strong end-to-end SCM business process knowledge
Hands-on expertise with OM, GTM, Product & Pricing
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
Preferred
Oracle SCM Cloud Certification
