Personnel Security Assistant - Help Desk

Responsibilities
Receives telephone calls and respond to incoming e-mail messages on "Customer Service" web address
Ability to review e-QIP request online and provide technical assistance with the applicant
Prepares, submits, monitors, and updates computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material
Qualification
Required
Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support in personnel security functions such as e-QIP/eAPP, SF85, SF86 and reviewing investigative forms
Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Written and oral communications skills commensurate with positions
