Responsibilities
Create the certification standards and vetting processes that make Boldifi credentials mean something in the market
Review applications from consultants wanting to teach using the Expert Kit
Create vetting criteria and application processes
Approve or reject expert applicants based on established standards
Ensure only qualified educators represent Boldifi
Spot-check courses created by Expert Kit graduates
Ensure graduates aren’t plagiarizing or teaching harmful content
Build plagiarism detection and content audit processes
Maintain quality standards across all Boldifi-certified programs
Define certification requirements for both programs
Create assessment rubrics and certification criteria
Review certification submissions
Issue certifications to qualifying graduates
Build processes that scale quality control
Create documentation of all quality standards
Develop reviewer training materials (for future team expansion)
Build systems that maintain quality as we scale
Recommend curriculum improvements based on feedback
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in education, curriculum design, L&D, or quality assurance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Comfortable making difficult decisions and rejecting subpar work
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
6-12 months financial runway to sustain year-one profit share model
Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, and Google Suite
Experience with LMS Platforms: LearnDash, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar
Quality Assurance Tools: Plagiarism detection software, content review platforms
Project Management: Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
Preferred
Finishing or newly graduated MBAs with education/operations focus
Transitioning corporate L&D leaders seeking flexibility and meaningful impact
Moms returning to the workforce who need professional work on a flexible schedule
Educators/consultants looking to diversify income streams with low time commitment
