Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end biweekly payroll cycles including gross-to-net, adjustments, and off-cycle runs for geographically dispersed team members
Act as a subject matter expert for payroll related questions, policies, and regulations
Maintain payroll records, file required tax reports, and process levies, garnishments, and other payroll deductions
Maintain accurate employee and payroll data within ADP (payroll/HRIS system) and other internal databases
Process employment and income verification requests
Participate in annual 401(k) compliance audits
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and redirect them to appropriate team members when needed
Prepare, review, and submit reports as needed
Assist with new company set ups in ADP including payroll configuration and tax setup
Develop and maintain updates to Payroll Policies and Procedures
Support the effective utilization of the payroll system (ADP) and the execution of payroll-related initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Extensive experience in payroll administration (3-5+ years)
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
Knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to payroll administration
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer data entry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources, or related field, preferred
CPP certification, preferred
