Responsibilities
Identify staffing needs; fill staff level positions across the system; lead the creation of a recruiting and interview plan for each open position; develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system
Create and/or modify job descriptions; build/utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates; post openings in forms of advertisements and other appropriate channels; aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; research new ways of using online recruitment
Qualification
Required
One year of relevant experience
Preferred
Prior nurse recruitment experience
Background filling hard to fill roles
Experience with Workday ATS
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Strong client relations and candidate management
Previous experience with full life-cycle Recruitment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, passionate individual with ability to sell the organization
