Responsibilities

Lead preparation and approval of the annual Financial Crimes training needs analysis to inform curriculum and assignment decisions
Develop, update, and maintain training course content aligned to policy, regulatory, and program requirements
Monitor completion of Financial Crimes training and partner with stakeholders to resolve gaps or delays
Serve as control owner for RCSA elements linked to training activities, ensuring evidence, documentation, and ongoing monitoring
Manage requests for testing, audit, and exam engagements, ensuring high quality evidence, coordination, and timely responses
Perform secondary review and analysis of training assignment templates to ensure accuracy and alignment
Maintain SEC books and records for training documentation, ensuring compliance with retention requirements
Lead stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication across Compliance, Risk, Audit, and business partners
Manage activities related to the annual compliance skills survey and execution of the compliance education plan

Required

Deep understanding of Financial Crimes compliance expectations, training governance, and regulatory requirements
Ability to interpret policy and risk requirements to inform training design, accuracy, and control effectiveness
Proven experience managing RCSA controls, documentation standards, and regulatory/audit engagement
Strong capability to perform quality assurance, validate data, and ensure accuracy of assignments and deliverables
Demonstrated ability to manage complex training operations, monitor completion metrics, and resolve issues proactively
Structured approach to recordkeeping, adherence to SEC books and records requirements, and audit readiness
Ability to lead cross functional meetings, align stakeholders, and influence outcomes across Compliance, Risk, Audit, and business groups
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings, drive decisions, and support enterprise-wide initiatives
Skilled at conducting needs analysis, validating training assignments, and identifying gaps or misalignments
Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information into actionable plans
