Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact and provide production support for various applications and platforms used by investment and operations teams
Monitor critical business processes, manage escalations with third-party vendors, and handle internal communications
Perform comprehensive testing and validation for application feature releases and upgrades
Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring system access and data entitlements are properly configured
Support cross-functional projects, data analysis, and ad hoc business requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record
Minimum 5+ years of experience providing support on a sell-side trading desk or at a buy-side firm
Strong business acumen and domain knowledge of the financial industry, including accounting, trading operations, and compliance
Understanding of data management and systems integrations
Experience with Python and Excel
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI is a plus
