Responsibilities
Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources including databases, manual files, and external websites
Design, test, and document processes, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of data
Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to improve data extraction and analysis
Create and publish both regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports, responding to data inquiries from different organizational groups
Ensure data integrity by validating data components and documenting reporting requirements and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases
Familiarity with query tools and statistical software is essential
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to assess complex data sets and deliver actionable insights
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various teams and stakeholders
Over five years of experience in data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting
Strong foundation in designing, testing, and documenting processes
Creating and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
Prior experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role is highly desirable
