Responsibilities
Project Scheduling: Coordinating install timelines, equipment & materials delivery, service calls, etc
Procurement & Finance: Managing vendor relationships, supply chain, and cash flow projections
Project Tracking: Keeping the whole team on track for tactical todo items on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis & eventually driving quarterly planning
Systems Builder: You will manage the team’s tactical to-do list and create the •Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)• that future team members will follow
Software Product Management: You will be a primary user of our proprietary internal software, providing direct feedback to our SWE team to help build new features
Leadership Track: As we expand, this role has direct potential to grow into a senior leadership position. You will be managing both complex tasks and the people executing them
Qualification
Required
3–5+ Years in Ops: Proven experience in project management or logistics, preferably in a fast-paced startup or hardware-adjacent field
Systems Mindset: You are an expert planner who enjoys making workflows more efficient, and more importantly, you're someone who naturally finds themselves enjoying the process of organizing things
Great Communication: You'll be expected to communicate with customers, field techs, and also the internal Manatee team. This is a great role for someone who tends to want to respond quickly to emails, text messages, etc
