Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new prospects
Execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, networking)
Conduct discovery meetings and solution presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain product and industry knowledge
Complete sales training and certifications
Update CRM and prepare reports
Achieve annual new business sales targets for Managed IT and Telephony services
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Deliver proposals and close deals within defined sales cycle timelines
Upsell/Cross-sell additional services during initial engagement
Complete professional development goals (Sales Certs/Product Training)
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Clearly communicate value propositions and pricing
Keep management informed of pipeline, forecasts, and market trends
Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline reporting
Provide feedback on competitive landscape and client needs
Represent the company ethically and professionally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience
Prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, closing
Understanding of Managed IT, telephony, cyber security, and other related services
2+ years in outside sales or business development
Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally
Preferred
Sales Certifications
Experience in technology services preferred
