Responsibilities
Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high impact solutions that deliver value to clients
Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation within Retail sectors, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor
Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of digital strategies and solutions that meet client expectations for timeline, budget, and quality
Lead value analysis to generate insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture across digital capability areas
Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues
Grow your expertise and coach junior team members to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further growth and value creation within existing and new client engagements
Support the profitability of client engagements, and identify opportunities for extension, cross-sell or up-sell
Qualification
Required
6+ years experience in the retail space with a robust understanding of the digital Retail space, including market trends and challenges
2+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role
2+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams
Proven work experience in Retail and digital
Strategic problem solver with extensive consulting and/or industry experience
Clear and effective communicator
Ability to perform well in an agile, fast-paced working environment
Ability to balance being a leader with contributing to the collective efforts of the team
Energy and drive in abundance, along with personal resilience
Passion for serving clients and a love of continual learning
Ability to break down processes into logical parts and construct crystal-clear reasoning and analyses
Ability to partner with Retail clients to make bold decisions intersecting business, digital technology, and operations
Strong critical thinker with the ability to understand client challenges and define the right strategies and solutions
Understanding of trends in Retail, digital, commerce, and sales
High-level understanding of how technology platforms and ecosystems fit into the digital world
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, including compelling storytelling around insights, challenges, and solutions for an executive audience
Preferred
Experience in Travel or Hospitality industries
MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with at least 2 years of prior experience driving insights using analytical tools
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, including experience working on multiple products or deals at the same time
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
