Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization, including design, architecture, verification, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Own, evolve, and continuously improve validation methodologies and technologies to increase coverage and reduce time-to-market
Collaborate closely with design, architecture, verification, and operations teams to deliver high-quality memory buffer chip products
Manage relationships with external partners, including test-equipment vendors and PCB manufacturing and assembly providers
Lead and grow a bench validation team responsible for execution of validation and characterization of memory buffer chips
Remain hands-on as needed, contributing directly to bench validation, characterization, and lab automation software development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of industry experience, including hands-on exposure to DDR4 and/or DDR5 technologies
Strong experience with processor–memory interfaces, DDR topologies and protocols, and high-speed signaling concepts including signal integrity and power integrity
Background in simulating high-speed memory (DDR4/DDR5) and/or SERDES interfaces
Experience with bench testing; familiarity with ATE and/or system-level testing is a plus
Proven track record of building and scaling validation teams, processes, and methodologies
Demonstrated experience with project planning, resource allocation, and capital/operational budgeting
Deep understanding of processor and memory device architectures and specifications
Expert-level Python skills, particularly for validation automation, characterization, and data analysis
