Responsibilities
Create and execute visual concepts that surpass client objectives
Develop and implement designs with creative direction from senior creative staff
Expand personal knowledge of design techniques and best practices
Actively listen and participate in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions (in person, by phone or video conference)
Serve as a constant resource to the creative team
Additional duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Senior or recent grad with a bachelor's degree
Desire to learn and understand the production process (e.g. optimizing graphics, compression settings, file size and image optimization, etc.)
Strong creative portfolio
A “can-do” approach to life
Curiosity for new technology and emerging trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A curious mindset, always asking “why” and “what else”
Excitement! Ready to be an integral part of an agency full of the best of the best, without ego and wired for culture
Desire to always be learning and growing
