Senior Sales Executive – Commercial MEP Projects & Service Agreements
NPAworld is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to sell commercial MEP/HVAC projects and service agreements. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, conducting site visits, and collaborating with internal project teams to deliver proposals.

Responsibilities
Sell commercial MEP/HVAC projects, repairs, replacements, and upgrades
Grow recurring revenue through preventative maintenance service agreements
Build and manage a pipeline in a larger, complex commercial market
Conduct site visits, job walks, and technical discovery for project scoping
Meet with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and building owners
Work closely with internal MEP project teams to scope, estimate, and deliver proposals
Manage the full sales cycle independently from prospecting to close
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling commercial HVAC/MEP projects
Strong experience with service agreements (PM contracts)
Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers and facility teams
Strong relationship-building in commercial mechanical environments
Hunter mentality with the ability to uncover new opportunities in a larger region
Preferred
Existing contacts within NY/CT commercial markets are a plus
