Responsibilities
Prepare and process accurate invoices for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BAS services
Review and verify technician work orders for completeness and accuracy
Handle quoted, time & materials (T&M), and contract billing models
Resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and customer inquiries
Communicate with customers, field techs, and management about billing issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of billing or accounts receivable required, preferably with industry experience
PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivation, requiring minimal supervision
Excellent communication and customer service skills - role requires the ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of employees and account contacts
