Field Sales Manager

They are seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and grow the Account Executive team while shaping the overall field sales strategy across Sephora North America doors, focusing on team development, territory strategy, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop Account Executives to drive consistent growth, elevated execution, and sales performance
Lead the rollout and in-store execution of educational tools and national event strategy and guide Account Executives by strengthening selling confidence and to exceed sales & event KPIs
Create and implement coaching frameworks, development plans, and ongoing training programs
Build and maintain a high-performing field culture aligned with Crown Affair values
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and long-term development of Account Executives and Key Freelancers
Continuously assess talent and elevate field representation across all markets
Own the national field sales strategy and create clear plans that drive growth and increase productivity
Design territory structures, store prioritization models, and coverage models to maximize impact
Analyze performance trends and translate insights into strategic action plans
Lead quarterly and seasonal planning with a focus on launches, promotional moments, and overall market growth
Partner with leadership on the long-term evolution and scale of the field program
Set and uphold standards for in-store execution, merchandising, and launch readiness across all doors
Serve as the primary field contact for Sephora Regional Directors, District Managers, Regional Event Managers, FSC partners, and store leadership teams
Build strong regional relationships that unlock incremental support, education opportunities, and growth potential
Lead the creation and delivery of regional and district training experiences that reinforce Crown Affair’s point of view and selling rituals
Oversee national field budgets, including labor, travel, events, education, and gratis in partnership with the Director
Manage labor planning and payroll allocation for Account Executives and freelancers
Build operational systems that drive efficiency, organization, and alignment with brand goals
Ensure strong inventory execution and operational readiness in priority stores
Act as a key conduit between field teams and headquarters
Deliver business recaps, market insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership
Translate company goals into clear, actionable field strategies

Required

5 to 7 years in field sales, retail leadership, education, or regional management within prestige beauty
Strong track record of leading field teams to exceed sales and event goals
Experience creating and executing regional strategy across multiple markets or territories
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and create strategic action plans
Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills
Proven experience managing budgets and planning labor
Ability to lead trainings, events, and education programs at scale
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Passion for Crown Affair's philosophy and the role of ritual in haircare
